She is an accomplished academic, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and minimally invasive surgeon with extensive experience in clinical care, medical education, hospital operations, and research who is currently changing organizations with the goal of changing the world by applying experience in women’s health and entrepreneurial and social innovation skills towards development of blue ocean ideas about patient-centered care and physician work-life balance.
Will Abbott has spent his entire professional career committed to helping people gain access to high quality and affordable healthcare. He brings his passion for patient care and his years of experience in a variety of operations roles at CVS Health to Alpha Medical. As the COO, Will is responsible for driving innovation and building and managing the team who provides care and serve our patients and customers each and every day.
Gary Kenji McMath is applying his long and successful history of developing and integrating great brands as the CMO. He leverages his years of experience, knowledge and passion while at AT&T and Netflix to propel the understanding and growth of Alpha in a way that is both meaningful and thoughtful.
Amanda Liu is a seasoned brand marketing and product development leader. She has more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry, including brands like L'Oreal, Kiehls since 1851, Bare Escentuals, Sephora, and Tatcha. Her passion for helping women led her to Alpha, where she leads product development in hopes of providing patients with real results through prescription and medical grade skincare.
Angie Im is the Director of Operations, and comes to Alpha Medical having previously worked in management consulting with IBM Watson Health, and Lumiata, an artificial intelligence-powered healthcare company. Her experience in patient care comes from private medical office care, hospital settings, and through volunteering as a public health educator. Like millions of other Americans having grown up without health insurance, Angie is acutely aware of the fear and anxiety that can loom for people who are in need of care, but can't afford or access the care they need. Her drive? Knowing that every person deserves easy access to high-quality, affordable healthcare - and that she can help make that happen.
Alpha Medical was formed with the goal of increasing access to care for some of the country’s most common, underserved, and undertreated medical needs. We’re starting by addressing areas that have a low medical risk - hair loss, birth control, acne, and cosmetic indications, but we will increase the services we offer over time.
