Support Groups for Your Mental Health

Join a support group session with a trained therapist.

Feel Better - Together

The goal of support groups is to improve or resolve issues through interpersonal and experiential communication. You’ll join a small virtual group where you and other participants are able to share personal experiences and learn from a trained therapist. Individual therapy isn’t suited for everyone, which is why we’re providing access to support groups that are available through your phone or computer.
