Does Hello Alpha accept insurance?

We’re not able to accept insurance for medical fees or membership fees, but some pharmacies may accept your health insurance for medication. We’ll ask for your insurance information during your online visit.

Please note:
Currently, Medicare, Medicaid, and other state- or federally-funded plans cannot be used for any prescription written by an Alpha provider. If you have one of these plans, you will have to pay the cash price for medication, if your plan allows.

Can I get my medications through Hello Alpha if I already been diagnosed elsewhere?

Yes, but you’ll still need to join Alpha Membership Plus and complete an online visit before your provider with Alpha can prescribe any medication.

Does Hello Alpha Membership guarantee a prescription?

Our providers only prescribe medication based on clinical guidelines. Alpha Membership does not guarantee a prescription.
