The Damien Center Savings Program helps eligible patients access brand-name weight loss medication at reduced out-of-pocket costs.
You can access Wegovy® or Ozempic® for $99/mo if you qualify for the manufacturer savings program and for financial assistance through the Damien Center Savings Program.
During your online visit, your provider reviews your medical information and determines if a weight loss medication is right for you. The prescription is then sent to the Damien Center Pharmacy (an accredited US pharmacy). Your medication ships free to your door in just a few days.
With your program membership, you can access ongoing provider care from anywhere at anytime.
You can access the savings advertised if you are not on government insurance and you live in Indiana.
You may qualify for two kinds of savings:
- The manufacturer savings program, which covers part of the cost, if you are not on government insurance.
- The Damien Center Savings Program, which covers the additional savings, if you live in Indiana.
You can access any dose of Wegovy® or Ozempic® for $99/mo if you qualify for the manufacturer savings program and for financial assistance through the Damien Center Savings Program.
There's also a $29/mo fee that covers your online medical consultation, personalized nutrition guidance, and ongoing medical support.
Total cost is as low as $128/mo for qualifying patients.
Unlike typical programs where your cost increases as your dosage increases, this program offers fixed monthly cost regardless of dosage. Whether you're starting at a lower dose or at the maximum therapeutic dose, your monthly cost stays the same.
As a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center, Damien Center participates in a federal savings program that allows us to purchase medications directly from manufacturers at substantially reduced rates.
We pass our purchasing savings directly to you. Combined with manufacturer assistance programs and Hello Alpha's affordable telehealth service, we're able to offer comprehensive weight loss care at a fraction of typical costs. This isn't a discount that disappears. This is how our program works.
The medications we prescribe are the exact same FDA-approved medication you'd receive at any other pharmacy. Same manufacturer, same quality, same effectiveness. The only difference is the cost.
We offer the auto-injector pens, as opposed to the vials of medications that require you to use your own syringes. We do not offer compounded medications through this program.
These medications are available by prescription only. Not all members will qualify for the prescription. Important safety considerations apply, please ask your provider or consult the full prescribing information for Wegovy®, Ozempic®.
The program gives you access to a monthly online medical consultation with board-certified providers for weight loss care.
No need for in-person clinic visits or scheduling appointments. You can message your provider any time with questions, and get ongoing support during and after treatment.
Your program fee is non-refundable once you have submitted an online visit, regardless of whether you are prescribed medication. In addition, the program renews monthly for the same rate. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account. Please see our Terms for additional information.
You can choose to pay for your medication in cash or with commercial insurance. While the program is not a health plan, the Damien Center will check to see if you qualify for coverage under your existing commercial insurance program. They will provide the estimated cost through commercial insurance, so that you can decide.
If your insurance doesn’t cover your medication, Damien Pharmacy will help you sign up for drug manufacturer savings program and the Damien Center Savings Program to reduce your out of pocket cost for the medication.
We do not accept insurance for the program membership cost ($29), but you may be able to use your FSA or HSA to reimburse yourself for medical services and your prescriptions.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Plan & Payment.” Please note that membership is non-refundable for the current month once charged. Please see our Terms for additional information.
