Hello Alpha values affordable, accessible healthcare, and we are proud to make virtual primary care available at some of the lowest costs in the market. We are not a health plan. Whether or not you are able to use an HSA or FSA to pay for Hello Alpha visits will depend on your plan. Contact your account provider for more information. To assist you in using your HSA or FSA for any prescriptions, ask your Alpha provider to send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. Hello Alpha is unable to coordinate or participate in filing of forms, invoices, or other documents required by your HSA or FSA. We recommend contacting your HSA or FSA provider for more information on how to use that account. You can obtain copies of invoices any time in your patient portal.
