Start an online visit

After signing up for membership, you will start an online visit to connect with a medical provider. We’ll ask you some questions about your medical history and current symptoms. Stay assured that your information is safely encrypted within our secure platform.

You'll complete the entire process on our website. You won't need to download an app, schedule an appointment, or go to the doctor’s office.

Get a treatment plan

Your Hello Alpha doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant will review your information and propose a treatment plan for your unique needs and goals. You will be able to message your provider any time and ask them any questions or concerns you may have.

If you need lab work

We can offer at-home testing kits. If your medical situation requires an in-person appointment, we’ll help you find local, affordable options.

Get your medication

Your Hello Alpha provider may prescribe a medication as part of your treatment plan. You can choose to have your prescription shipped free to your door or sent to your nearest pharmacy for pick up. Auto-Refill Prescriptions arrive automatically, so you don't have to think about it again. You can cancel anytime.

Who can use Hello Alpha?

We welcome every individual to access our platform and to receive personalized, high-quality healthcare they deserve. Our providers are specially trained in women’s health and sex differences, but can also treat men and individuals assigned male at birth for most conditions. Our platform is designed to support individuals aged 13 and above.

Does Hello Alpha accept insurance?

We’re not able to accept insurance for medical fees or membership fees, but some pharmacies may accept your health insurance for medication. We’ll ask for your insurance information during your online visit. Additionally, please check with your FSA/HSA servicer to see if membership fess are reimbursable.

Is there a minimum commitment for Hello Alpha Membership?

Both Alpha Membership and Alpha Membership Plus are flexible and billed month-to-month. You may request to cancel at any time. Membership fees are non-refundable.

What is asynchronous telemedicine?

Asynchronous care is healthcare without appointments. This means you complete a visit at any time, and an Alpha provider will review your visit when they are available. Asynchronous care means there is no real-time messaging between you and your provider, or you and a support team member.

Does Hello Alpha Membership guarantee a prescription?

Our providers only prescribe medication based on clinical guidelines. Alpha Membership does not guarantee a prescription.
